We now have a new layer of security through our data processor known as eGuard. Our eGuard may come into affect when you are trying to make a purchase online. During this process you should recieve either a message with a one time passcode, or if you do not have a wireless number on file, then they will verify with Knowledge Base Questions such as Zip Code, Mother's Maiden Name, and Date Of Birth. This is enforced so that our data processor can verify that you are the one making transaction, and to help lower the amount of fraudulent transactions.
